This shipping policy applies to any physical products or materials related to our services.

PROJECT-SPECIFIC APPROACH: SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND/OR INSTALLATION
Shipping, delivery, and installation are typically coordinated on a project-by-project basis.
Receiver and warehousing fees may be incurred depending on project services.
Fees may vary significantly depending on the scope of service, such as whether product sourcing, product installation, and other services are included.

SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES
To be coordinated on a project-by-project basis.
For small items and samples, we typically use standard ground shipping.
For larger custom pieces or furniture, we may use freight shipping or specialized delivery services.
Some projects may require use of a shipping receiver to plan for installation days, specifically timed shipments, and related coordination.
Shipping timeframes vary depending on the item(s) being shipped and your location.
We will provide estimated delivery dates when your order is confirmed.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, quantities, and destination of the item(s).
For custom design-build projects, shipping costs will be estimated when possible in project quotes and/or confirmed before shipment.
Shipping fees are due prior to shipment.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is not currently available. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently only ship within the United States. For international design services, please contact us directly for assistance.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your item has shipped, we will provide tracking information via order updates (website, email notifications, or other format, depending on the project engagement).

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Coordinated on a project-by-project basis.
For large items or custom installations, we may arrange for white glove delivery and setup. Additional fees may apply.

DAMAGES OR LOSS
Please inspect all deliveries promptly.
If anything gets damaged during shipping transit, we ask you to document the damage right away by photo(s) and/or video(s) of the product(s) and packaging. Retain your product packaging.
Report damages by email to support@johispaces.com.
Damages must be evaluated and reported within 48 hours for us to best help you. Shippers have varying policies on times in which claims must be filed.
We will do our best to support your specific case.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

DELAYS
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays can occur due to custom manufacturing processes or shipping carrier issues.
We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible in a project setting.

ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that we can change the shipping address once an order has been processed.
