Thank you for choosing JOHI Spaces for your residential design & fabrication needs. As a small business, we are committed to providing high-quality services and will do our best to support any questions and concerns.

Please review our Return and Refund Policy outlined below:

1. Service Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel scheduled services within 24 hours of booking without incurring cancellation fees.

  • Cancellations made after 24 hours but before the commencement of services may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20%+ of booked services.

 

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • All consultation fees and design concept development fees are non-refundable.

  • Once services have been rendered, they are not eligible for refunds.


3. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Failure to commence the project within 7 business days after the agreed start date.

  • Substantial deviation from the agreed-upon scope of work, as outlined in the service agreement.


4. Refund Request Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing

  • Please include your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant supporting documentation


5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving all required documentation and information.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase.


6. Quality Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds for completed services, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the delivered work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and any misalignment of expectations/deliverables.


7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding our services or this policy, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve the issue.


8. Policy Modifications

JOHI Spaces reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
